In the long, cold winter nights, the peasants used to gather at the houses in order to help the hosts to finish some kind of large house works (spinning of wool, husking of maize) or to keep company with friends by working (knitting, embroidering).

This work was accompanied by stories, jokes and songs, and these "parties" lasted late at night. Such a party from Nish and its surrounding is presented in the choreography by Slavica Mihailovic.

The costumes from this choreography are made in the artistic workshop of cultural artistic group SEVOJNO.
